How do I rerun my calendar sync in Kilevo?
To rerun your calendar sync, click the Synchronize button at the top of the My Trips page. It is also in the bar above the trip list.
- Click Synchronize.
- The Reading your calendar… screen shows while the appointments are fetched and the distances calculated.
- A message sums up the result: Sync complete, with the number of trips created, updated, deleted and skipped.
Skipped trips are appointments with no location and trips you deleted yourself: Kilevo never recreates them. Updated trips are appointments whose date, time or location changed in the calendar. Your manual corrections are left untouched.
If Google or Microsoft has withdrawn the authorization, for example after a password change, Kilevo shows a message saying the calendar connection has expired and asks you to reconnect it from your settings. Open My calendars and click Google or Outlook again: the trips already imported are kept.
