How do I add a calendar by ICS link in Kilevo?
Any calendar that provides an ICS or iCalendar link can be added to Kilevo: practice management software, a CRM, a scheduling tool, a team planner. Kilevo reads the link again at every sync, with nothing to install and no password.
- In your software, look for a Share, Export or Subscribe to calendar button. You get a calendar link, often called a subscription link or a read-only sharing link, that starts with https:// or webcal://.
- In Kilevo, open Settings, My calendars, then ICS link / other.
- In the Calendar Link (Recommended) tab, fill in Calendar Name and Paste your calendar link, then click Connect this calendar. Kilevo checks that the link responds and contains a valid calendar.
- Check it under Tracked calendars, set the Sync from: date and click Save and sync.
You can add as many ICS links as you need, each with its own name and its own start date. The calendar selector on the My Trips page then lets you display a single source.
Does your software only give you an .ics file to download? The Import a file tab accepts it, up to 10 MB. It is a One-time Import: for automatic updates, prefer the link. Details on the ICS feed integration page.
