How do I import last year from my calendar?
To import last year, set the Sync from: date of each tracked calendar to January 1 of last year: Kilevo reads every appointment from that date and turns them into trips, already calculated. It is in fact the default value.
- Open Settings, then My calendars.
- Under Tracked calendars, check the calendar. The Sync from: field appears next to it.
- Choose the start date. It can go back as far as January 1 of last year, and each calendar has its own.
- Click Save and sync.
The window read runs from that date to the end of the month two months from today: upcoming appointments arrive too. To browse the history, use the period arrows at the top of the page and View the full year, then download the Annual summary of the year you caught up on for your accountant.
On the Free plan, five trips per month are counted; the others wait and are unlocked retroactively as soon as a subscription is active. Nothing is lost. See the pricing.
