How do I connect Google Calendar to Kilevo?
Connecting Google Calendar to Kilevo takes a minute: you allow read access to your calendar, you check the calendars to track, and your appointments become trips.
- Open Settings, then My calendars. If the welcome guide is showing, click Connect on the Your calendar line.
- Under Connect a new calendar, click Google.
- Choose your Google account and accept the requested access. Kilevo only asks to read your calendars and events, never to write.
- Back in Kilevo, under Tracked calendars, check the calendars to read. Your main calendar is marked Primary.
- For each checked calendar, set the Sync from: date. By default, it is January 1 of last year.
- Click Save and sync.
The Reading your calendar… screen appears, then your trips show up, sorted by day: every appointment with an address becomes a round trip from your departure address, with the miles and the mileage reimbursement. The account then appears in My calendars under the name Google Calendar.
