Prices are in euros, including for US customers. Your bank converts at its own rate.

What the free plan actually gives you

Five trips per calendar month, reset on the first of each month. Beyond that, trips are not lost: they are recorded and set aside. The day you subscribe, they are folded back into your totals, retroactively.

No credit card, no expiry. It is a plan, not a trial.

More than one of you? Duo, Trio and Quad: one invoice, independent accounts

These plans are about paying for other people. You subscribe, you invite one, two or three people, and each gets a full independent account. They pay nothing, they do not see your trips, and you do not see theirs. No hierarchy, no approval flow: each person keeps their own mileage log and exports their own audit-ready PDF at the IRS standard mileage rate.

Think business partners sharing one subscription, a small-business owner covering two employees, or a couple where one subscribes for both. One invoice, one line in the books.

Is the price per seat?

No. The price shown covers every seat in the plan. Duo is €129 for two accounts, not €129 each.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your invited accounts are detached and become independent again. Your trips and your data stay.
