Which calendars work with Kilevo?
Kilevo works with Google Calendar, Outlook and any calendar that publishes an ICS or iCalendar link, which covers Apple Calendar, iCloud and most scheduling and practice management software.
- Google: connection with your Google account, read-only. Every calendar in the account is listed, to be checked one by one.
- Outlook: connection with your Microsoft account, Outlook.com or Microsoft 365, with read-only access to the calendars.
- ICS link / other: an https:// or webcal:// subscription link. This is the way in for Apple Calendar and iCloud, but also for a CRM, practice software, a team planner or any tool that can share a calendar.
- Import a file: an .ics file exported once, for a one-time import.
All sources end up in the same trip list, and the All calendars selector on the My Trips page lets you isolate one. Within each source, only the calendars checked under Tracked calendars are read.
