Is calendar sync automatic in Kilevo?
Yes, calendar sync is automatic for subscribers: every night, Kilevo reads the tracked calendars again and updates the trip list, with nothing for you to do.
Three moments trigger a sync:
- Every night, automatically, for accounts with an active subscription.
- As soon as you click Save and sync in My calendars, after connecting a calendar or changing the tracked calendars.
- On demand, with the Synchronize button at the top of the My Trips page, as often as you like.
On each pass, new appointments become trips, moved appointments change date and time, and an appointment deleted from the calendar disappears from the list. An appointment you excluded stays excluded, and your manual corrections are kept.
On the Free plan, you start the sync yourself, with one click on Synchronize. The full mechanism is described on the calendar sync page.
