Does Kilevo read the attendees of my appointments?
No, Kilevo does not read the attendees of your appointments: they are neither fetched nor stored. To turn an appointment into a trip, Kilevo only needs the title, the date, the times and the location.
What Kilevo keeps for each imported appointment:
- The title, which becomes the trip's Purpose.
- The date, the start time and the end time.
- The location, which becomes the Arrival and is used to measure the miles.
- The name of the source calendar, for the calendar selector.
The guest list, their email addresses and the content of the description are never saved. Your clients, patients or contacts only appear in Kilevo if you name them yourself in the appointment's title, and you can rewrite the Purpose of every trip.
The PDF carries the Purpose of each trip. If an appointment title contains a name you would rather not pass on to your accountant, edit the Purpose in Kilevo: the correction is kept on the next syncs. See the security and privacy page.
