Does a video call count as a trip?
No. A video call is an appointment without travel: Kilevo imports it with the Online · 0 mi badge and gives it no miles.
Appointments whose location is a link (https), or mentions Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Skype, Webex, Whereby or a conference call, are recognized as online meetings. The trip stays in the list, for the record, but it weighs neither on the counter nor on the PDF mileage log.
If an appointment marked online actually took place in person:
- Expand the trip.
- Next to Video call, no travel, click Edit.
- Enter the real destination and click Update: the miles are calculated and kept.
This detection prevents phantom miles: a Teams link will never be turned into an address on the other side of the country.
