How do I include an excluded trip again?
An excluded trip goes back into the calculation with one click on its Excluded badge: it returns to your mileage log with its original miles.
- In Trips, find the grayed-out card of the trip. If needed, change the month with the arrows in the header or click View the full year.
- Click the Excluded badge.
- The badge switches back to Counted, the distance reappears and the counter updates.
From the trip details, the Include trip button does the same thing.
Nothing is lost when you exclude a trip: its distance, its vehicle, its purpose and its receipts are kept as they are. You can exclude an appointment when in doubt and include it again later, without typing anything twice.
