How do I link back-to-back appointments into a tour?
To chain several appointments without going back home in between, check them and click Link into a tour: each stop then starts from the previous destination, and the miles are recalculated leg by leg.
- In Trips, check the box of each appointment of the tour, at least two.
- In the bar that appears above the list, click Link into a tour.
- Kilevo sorts the appointments by time, switches the first one to one-way and makes each following stop start from the previous destination.
- A window Add a return trip? offers to close the loop: pick the destination under My Addresses or with Manual Entry, then click Add return trip. If you did not drive back, click No thanks.
The tour shows as a single Tour card with the number of stops, the total miles, the Departure, the numbered stops and the Return.
A linked tour is protected: the calendar sync rewrites neither the starting points of the stops nor the distances. You can also dictate a tour in one sentence with the Dicter button.
