What is in the annual mileage log PDF from Kilevo?

The annual PDF from Kilevo is a complete mileage log, January 1 to December 31: the summary, the IRS rate applied to each trip type, related expenses, reimbursements received, a statement to sign, every trip in detail and the receipts as an appendix. One file, ready for your tax return and your accountant.

Page after page, with United States as reference country:

1. The header Mileage log with the tax year, Prepared for (your name and your email) and the Reference: IRS standard mileage rates for the year, distances computed by road itinerary (Google Maps).
2. Four cards: Distance, Deduction, Related expenses and Outstanding balance.
3. The Summary by trip type: miles, rate in dollars per mile and amount, for Business and Charitable trips.
4. The Related expenses with receipts and the Reimbursements received, with the total received and the outstanding balance.
5. The Statement: "I certify that the business trips detailed in this mileage log are accurate and were driven with the vehicle(s) listed above", with the date and the signature to fill in.
