What does the amount still to receive mean?
Still to receive is what you are still owed: the total of your mileage allowances and related expenses from January 1 to the end of the period on screen, minus the reimbursements you recorded for the year.
The calculation reads in three lines in the Reimbursements panel, which opens with one click on the counter:
- Due as of, followed by the end date of the period on screen: the sum of the mileage allowances (Incl. Mileage Allowances) and the expenses with receipts (Incl. Expenses) since January 1.
- Already Received: the total of the payments recorded for the year.
- Remaining to Receive: the difference between the two.
When you change month with the ‹ › arrows in the header, the amount due stops at the end of the chosen month and the remaining balance follows. When everything is settled, the counter shows everything reimbursed. In the PDF, the same value is called Outstanding balance, with the detail due minus received.
Self-employed, and nobody reimburses you? Simply ignore this tile: the Allowances tile gives the amount to deduct, and the PDF says "No reimbursement recorded for this period".
