How much does Kilevo cost, and is there a free trial?

Kilevo is free up to 5 trips a month, with no credit card and no time limit. Paid plans are billed once a year, in euros: Solo €69, Duo €129, Trio €189, Quad €239. Kilevo bills in euros whatever your reference country; the charge appears on your card in euros.

There is no trial period, because none is needed: the Free plan never expires. You connect your calendar, watch your first trips come in, and pay only the day you want to count everything. Prices are per plan, not per user: Duo at €129 covers two accounts, not €129 each.

Solo gives unlimited trips, as many connected calendars as you want, the import of the previous year, reimbursement tracking and the PDF mileage log with receipts. Duo, Trio and Quad add guest accounts on a single invoice.

1. Open Settings, then My subscription.
2. Under the plan you want, click Choose this plan. Payment goes through Stripe: no card data passes through our servers, and a promo code is entered at that step.
3. Afterwards, Manage my payment & invoices opens the portal where you change your payment method, download your invoices or cancel the subscription.
