Duo, Trio, Quad: how does the shared subscription work?
Duo, Trio and Quad are for paying on behalf of others: you subscribe, you invite one, two or three people, and each gets a complete, standalone account, on a single invoice. Duo €129, Trio €189, Quad €239 a year, for 2, 3 or 4 accounts, billed in euros.
Guest accounts pay nothing and have the same features as a subscriber: unlimited trips, nightly sync, PDF mileage log. Each has their own addresses, vehicles, calendars and trips. Nobody sees anyone else's trips, there is no hierarchy and no approval flow: everyone keeps their own mileage log and generates their own PDF, ready for the IRS, an expense claim or the accountant.
It fits partners in a practice who pool the subscription, the small business owner who equips two employees for an accountable plan, or the couple where one subscribes for both. One invoice, one line in the books.
On a guest's side, the My subscription page shows Shared Subscription, with the plan and the subscriber's email; all billing is centralized with the subscriber. If the subscription ends, guest accounts are detached and become independent again; their trips and data stay. When moving from Quad to Duo, the last guests invited are detached first and receive an email.
To invite someone, open Settings then My team: the steps are in invite a member. The pricing page compares the plans.
