How do I dictate a trip in one sentence?

The Dicter button opens the Dicter un trajet panel: you describe your drive in one sentence, on the keyboard or by voice, and the assistant fills in the trip for you.

1. Click Dicter, in the bottom bar.
2. Type your sentence in the text box, or click Speak and dictate it with the microphone of your phone or computer. For example: "Today round trip from home to 200 Main Street in Salem, at 9:40 am, to see Mr. Miller".
3. Click Envoyer. The assistant shows the line it understood: date, time, departure, arrival, purpose and vehicle.
4. Check it, then click Ajouter ce trajet. The trip joins the list, miles calculated.

Unless you say otherwise, the trip starts from your default address, is counted as a round trip and uses your default vehicle. If the business purpose is missing, the assistant asks you for it, because it appears in your mileage log.

If the proposal does not match, click Non, reformuler and add details: the assistant keeps the thread of the conversation.
