Which countries and mileage rates does Kilevo support?

Kilevo supports three countries, each with its official mileage rate: the United States, France and the Netherlands.

United States: the IRS standard mileage rates, in dollars per mile, with a rate for business trips (Business) and a rate for charitable driving (Charitable). For 2026, 72.5 cents per business mile and 14 cents per charitable mile, the same rate for gasoline, hybrid and electric vehicles. Distances show in miles.

France: the tax authority's mileage scale (barème kilométrique). The amount depends on the vehicle's fiscal horsepower and the annual distance, with a 20 percent increase for electric vehicles. Cars, motorcycles and mopeds each have their own grid, in euros per kilometer.

Netherlands: the single Belastingdienst rate, 0.23 euro per kilometer, whatever the vehicle.

The public pages and the calculation engine read the same rates: what the IRS mileage rate 2026 page shows is exactly what the app applies. The country is chosen in Settings, under Reference country for scales; it sets the currency, the distance unit and the PDF mileage log.

You sometimes drive across the border? The rate applied stays the one of your account's reference country. To know which rate applies to your situation, check with the IRS or your accountant.
